But most of all, peace and quiet. Just minutes away from the charming town of Occidental, the Pacific Ocean, "civilization" in Sebastopol, fine food in Graton, and several Sonoma County wineries. The house is within walking distance to Wild Flour Bakery can get an espresso or fabulous breads, or you could experience a relaxing massage or cedar enzyme bath at Osmosis Day Spa.

In Occidental you'll find arts, gifts, and antiques. Have breakfast at Howard's Cafe or a traditional spaghetti dinner at the Union Restaurant and Bar. Walk the grounds of Western Hills Nursery and shop for fascinating rare plants.
